In partnership with National Housing Launch of Al Sadan Weaver Project in Jeddah

We are pleased to sign an agreement to develop the Nesaj Al Sedan project, one of our latest projects in Jeddah, in partnership with our strategic partner National Housing.
Which is part of the company’s strategy to expand in the real estate market in the Western Region, through the projects of the National Housing Company.

The Al Sedan Textile Project is located on an area of 209,482.36 square meters south of Jeddah, in a strategic area at the junction of the main road network near Haramain Road, Al Falah Road (Al Mina Road), King Abdulaziz Medical City and the historical Al Balad area in the center of Jeddah, and the location is close to many vital facilities.

The project consists of 803 villas and townhouses with different designs and modern facades, and includes three models, where the first model contains 174 villas with various land areas starting from 300 square meters for the villa, while the second model includes 389 villas with land areas starting from 250 square meters, and the third model includes 240 townhouses on an area of 200 square meters for the villa.

The project aims to create a residential community with high quality and competitive prices, and the project is characterized by the presence of many basic and recreational facilities.

Eng. Abdullah Al-Braikan, CEO of Retal Urban Development Company, said that the project comes within a series of partnership projects between Retal and the National Housing Company to provide modern and distinctive housing solutions at competitive prices, meet the needs of Saudi families, and provide adequate housing for citizens, while applying Retal’s concepts and values in development in terms of quality, sustainability and improving the quality of life through the development of integrated vital communities.
